Overview
This datasheet provides information on the 2.3″ Smm 8*8 DOT MATRIX DISPLAY, a display device with a height of 60.20mm and a super red dot matrix.
Ratings and Conditions
The display has the following absolute maximum ratings: power dissipation per dot of 40mW, peak forward current per dot of 120mA, and reverse voltage per dot operation of 30V. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C, while the storage temperature range is from -40°C to +50°C. The solder temperature is 260°C for 5 seconds.
Electrical and Optical Characteristics
The display has the following electrical and optical characteristics: average luminous intensity of 2000mcd, peak emission wavelength of 652-658nm, forward voltage per dot of 1.85-2.0V, and reverse current per dot of 10μA. The luminous intensity matching ratio is 200%.
