Before installing the coil spring conversion kit, please read the entire manual and ensure you have the necessary tools and experience. It is crucial to properly deflate the air suspension system and disconnect power before starting the installation.
General Information
The manual signifies agreement to the terms of the general release, waiver of liability, and hold harmless agreement. Avoid storing the product below 58°F (-15.8°C) or above 122.8°F (50°C).
Installation Instructions
The installation process begins with removing the front wheels and sway bar end link nuts. Then, separate the upper A-arm ball joint and lower shock mount nuts. Disconnect the electrical connector from the top of the shock and tie off any unnecessary wires.
Next, remove the air line from the check valve and shock mounting nuts. Install the coil spring, starting with the bottom mounting bolt, then attach the upper A-arm ball joint and install the nut. Install the sway bar end link bolt and nut to complete the installation.
