Client Satisfaction

Acura’s main goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of their customers with their Acura automobiles.

Three steps are provided to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with maintenance or repair work:

  • Step 1: Discuss concerns with the dealership’s management.
  • Step 2: If not satisfied, contact Acura Client Relations.
  • Step 3: If still not satisfied, request an independent review by the National Center for Dispute Settlement (NCDS).

Lemon Laws

Acura provides information on Lemon Laws, which vary by state, and encourages customers to check the laws in their state.

If customers have any questions, they are encouraged to contact their authorized Acura automobile dealer or Acura Client Relations.
