This guide provides instructions for installing a supercharger kit on a 2003-2005 Dodge Viper. The installation requires general automotive mechanic knowledge and experience. The guide includes important notes, recommended tools, and preparation steps for the installation.
Prior to Installation:
Read through the entire instruction manual before beginning the installation. Check if the vehicle has any modifications that may affect the installation. Make sure to gap the spark plugs to 032″ when driving on non-public roads.

- 3/8″ socket and drive set (SAE & Metric)
- 1/2″ socket and drive set (SAE & Metric)
- 3/8″ NPT tap and handle
- Adjustable wrench
- Combination wrench (SAE & Metric)
- Center punch
- Springlock 3/8″ and 5/16″ fuel fitting bit
- 10 quarts of SHICF rated quality engine oil
- Oil filter and wrench
- Flat #2 screwdriver
- Phillips #2 screwdriver
- Heavy grease
- Silicone sealer
- Drill motor pneumatic right angle
- 1/4″ drill bits
- Stepless clamp pliers
- 3/16″ Allen wrench
- Wire strippers and crimpers
- Utility knife
- 1-1/8″ hole saw
- Pliers
- Threadlocker (blue)
- Thread sealant
- Fuel pressure gauge
- Spark plug socket
- New spark plugs
