This service bulletin addresses a situation where the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) is ON with a stored DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) for the AIF (Air Fuel) sensor on a 2015 QX80 vehicle.
Action:
Refer to step 6 in the SERVICE PROCEDURE to confirm ECM reprogramming applies.
If reprogramming applies, reprogram the ECM.
Replace only the AIF sensors related to the stored DTCs.
Important Notes:
Do NOT replace both A/F sensors if the stored DTC(s) are for only one bank.
