The Acura RDX 2013-2015 Maintenance Minder Service Details Manual outlines the recommended maintenance schedule for the vehicle. The manual defines three service intervals:

Regular Maintenance

Maintenance is required every 4,000 to 9,000 miles or up to 12 months. This includes replacing the engine oil and oil filter, inspecting fluid levels, condition of fluids, brake pads, rotors, and brake calipers, as well as checking tire pressures.

Intermediate Maintenance

+ Maintenance is required every 7,500 to 20,000 miles. This includes replacing automatic transmission fluid and transfer fluid, as well as rotating tires.

Major Maintenance

+ Maintenance is required every 15,000 to 30,000 miles. This includes replacing drive belt components, timing belt and spark plugs. Additionally, the manual advises checking the water pump for leakage and valve clearance adjustment. If the vehicle has exceeded 105,000 miles, it requires major maintenance every 3 years.

Important Note: The maintenance intervals are based on the Acura Maintenance Minder System and should be considered along with the vehicle’s maintenance, repair history, and driving conditions.
