General Specifications
The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers feature thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation. The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, with high-temperature flame retardant cable insulation available upon request.
Cable Specifications
The 90-pin jumpers have a solid Copper conductor with a cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, with spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510 female and male crimp-on pins.
Operating Specifications
The jumpers have an operating temperature range of -67 to 257°F (-55 to 105°C), and are suitable for cable lengths starting from 2.00 inches (50.80 mm). They have a cable current rating of 3 Amps and a voltage rating of 300 Volts. The cable dielectric strength is 2500 Volts/mil, with a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms (standard) or 100,000 MOhms (high-temperature) resistance.
