The auris AQO 3225 is a high-quality oscillator with a small size of 3.2×2.5mm and low cost to performance ratio. It is suitable for applications in laptop and handheld PDA’s.
The oscillator offers tristate or power down options, excellent frequency stability, and low power consumption.
The AQO 3225 has a frequency range of 1MHz to 100MHz, with a typical frequency tolerance of ±50ppm, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It also has a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 2.8V to 3.3V. The oscillator has a current consumption of 30mA and an output symmetry of 40%. The rise and fall times are 8ns, and it is CMOS/TTL compatible.
The AQO 3225 has a dimension of 3.21mm x 2.10mm x 0.9mm with a pad size of 1.2mm x 0.5mm and a pin pitch of 0.8mm. For ordering, please specify the frequency type (O, M, or AQO), tolerance (e.g. ±3.3V), and temperature range (e.g. -40°C to +70°C).
