The auris AQO 3225 is a clock-type oscillator designed for small size and low cost. It’s suitable for laptop and handheld PDA applications.
Specifications
The oscillator features a frequency range of 1.OMHz to S0MHz, with a maximum frequency stability of 40% at an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The AQO 3225 has a low power consumption of 30mA and is available in a tristate or power-down option. It’s compatible with CMOS and TTL logic levels.
Dimensions and Packaging
The oscillator is available in a small 3.2×2.5 mm package and is packaged in a tape-reel format.
