Specifications
The header body and cover are made of black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, with brass 1/2 hard header pins and a standard pin plating of 10u [.25um] min gold per MIL-G-45204 over 504 [1.27um] min nickel per QQ-N-290.
Optional plating includes 200u” [5.08um] min matte tin per ASTM B545-97 over 50u” [1.27um] min nickel per QQ-N-290, and “TL” 200u” [5.08um] 90/10 Tin/Lead per MIL-T-10727.
Aries Cable insulation is UL Style 2697 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), with a laminate of clear PVC and self-extinguishing properties.
Ordering Information
To order, specify the desired length of cable, conductor count, and whether or not the header pins are Tin plated.
The cable current rating is 1 Amp @ 10*C [50*F] ambient, with a voltage rating of 300 Volts and a temperature rating of 176*F [80*C].
Other specifications include cable capacitance, cross-talk, propagation delay, insulation resistance, and mounting considerations.
