How it Works
The MyCareLink Smart Monitor uses a hand-held reader that communicates to your smartphone or tablet using a free app called MyCareLink Smart.
Once the reader is paired with the app, you can send heart device information to your clinic from anywhere in the world with a cell signal or Wi-Fi connection.
The MyCareLink Smart Monitor is a convenient and secure way to stay connected to your doctor or clinic.
