Installation Instructions
The fog lamp kit installation procedure is broken down into 17 steps, starting with removing the engine under cover and cautioning against using air tools or electric tools during the service. The procedure involves removing fog lamp covers, locating and untaping wiring harness connections, installing fog lamp assemblies, and connecting the wire harness to each fog light.
Tools Required
The following tools are required: flat tip screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, 10mm wrench, ratchet, 10mm socket, socket extension, torque bit, and optional 10mm ratcheting box wrench.
Pre-Installation Caution
Dealer installation is recommended, and the installation instructions refer to the Service Manual. The procedure includes testing the functionality of the headlamps, fog lamps, and other vehicle systems after the installation is complete.
