Overview
The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO (Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) is a high-frequency timing solution designed by Valpey Fisher Corporation. It operates at a frequency range of MHz to 175 MHz and features low-fnase noise timing performance. The VCXO is available in both full-size and half-size packages, with a thru-hole design.
Applications
The M2OOO series VCXO is suitable for applications such as xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATMISoN ETISDH. It is also designed for use in environments with high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.
Specifications
The VCXO has a frequency stability of +/-50 ppm, and its operating temperature range is from -20°C to 125°C. The device has a start-up time of less than 1 second and can operate with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The output levels are sinking 16mA and sourcing 1OmA, with a rise and fall time of 2.5ns.
The VCXO is equipped with a control voltage feature, allowing it to adjust its frequency output based on the input voltage. The device also has a capture voltage feature, which allows it to store the frequency output for a specified period.
