Ford 3.0L Installation Guide Overview:

Tools Required:
* Socket wrench
* Socket set
* Wiper removal tool
* Channel locks
* Trim removal tool
* Ratchet wrench
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Remove the battery cover and unscrew the negative battery terminal from the battery using a 10mm socket.
2. Remove the crossbar by removing the bolts mounting it to the engine bay with a 13mm socket (Torque Spec: 30 Nm).
3. Remove the cap over the windshield wiper.
4. Remove the nut holding the windshield wiper in place with a 15mm socket.
5. Use the wiper removal tool to pull the wipers off their studs.
6. Remove the cowel cover by removing all plastic fasteners holding it in place.
7. Remove the bolts retaining the wiper actuator using an 8mm socket (Torque Spec: Nm).
Note: This installation guide is for experienced mechanics only. If you are not confident in your abilities, do not attempt the installation.
