Product Range Summary
The RF ceramic chip inductors feature a monolithic body made of low loss ceramic and high conductivity metal electrodes. They are compact in size and have lead-free tin plated nickel barrier terminations and tape and reel packaging.

The inductors are designed for use in small size, high volume wireless applications and are RoHS compliant. Optional Sn/Pb terminations are available.
Product Characteristics
The inductors have a range of inductance values, from 0.6 to 39 nH, and a frequency range of up to 221 GHz. The SRF (Self Resonant Frequency) is dependent on the inductance value and ranges from 23 GHz to over 221 GHz. The temperature range is -55°C to +100°C.
Mechanical Characteristics
The inductors come in three sizes (0201, 0402, 0603) with varying dimensions of length, width, and thickness. The end band length also varies depending on the size.
