DIXYS FRED Chips are fast recovery epitaxial diodes designed for use in a variety of applications.
Dimensions
The dimensions of the FRED Chips are specified in both millimeters and inches, with tolerances of ±0.002 inches or ±0.04 mm.
Materials
The anode metalization is made of glass, while the cathode metalization is made of TiNiAg, with an optional alternative of TVNiAg.
Specifications
The FRED Chips have a specified voltage rating of 30V and a maximum current rating of TBD, with a maximum power dissipation of TBD.
