RHLTrO Microprocessor Crystal Units are designed for CPU’s requiring high-quality clock signals. The units feature an excellent clock signal generator, a wide frequency range, and industry-standard packages.
Frequency Range and Modes
The frequency range of these crystal units spans from 100.00 KHz to 300.00 MHz, with specific frequency ranges and modes for different holder types:
- HC-49/U: 1.00 MHz to 300.00 MHz
- HC-51/U: 8.00 MHz to 300.00 MHz
- UM-1: 8.00 MHz to 65.00 MHz
The specifications of these crystal units include:
- Frequency Tolerance at 25°C: ±30 PPM typical, ±50 PPM maximum
- Frequency Stability over Temperature: -40°C to +70°C standard, -55°C to +125°C extended
- Load Capacitance: 10 to 32 pF or series
- Shunt Capacitance: 7 pF maximum
