General Motors is releasing a customer satisfaction program, N212333960, to address a condition in which 2021 model year Buick Envision, Chevrolet Equinox, Malibu, Traverse, and GMC Acadia vehicles were sold and delivered without the originally invoiced accessory inside rearview mirror with garage door opener switches.
Correction Process
Clients have the option to have the accessory installed on their vehicle for free or be refunded the amount of the LPO content not installed.
Dealers are responsible for servicing all vehicles subject to this program at no charge to customers, regardless of mileage, age of vehicle, or ownership, until May 31, 2023.
Customer Notification
General Motors will notify customers of this program on their vehicle, and customers will receive a refund check or have the accessory installed.
Clients are recommended to contact their dealers as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for this repair to limit any possible inconvenience.
