This datasheet provides information on the Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers from Aries Electronics, Inc.
Features
The jumpers combine thin, flexible, and solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough and flame-retardant insulation.
General Specifications
The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) with a high temperature flame retardant Polyimide (Kapton) insulation option available.
The cable conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 gauge AWG, and the female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon.
The jumpers have a maximum operating temperature range of -55 to 105°C and a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms.
The conductors have an initial contact resistance of 2OmOhms with a maximum increase of ZOmOhm at 20°C.
Ordering Information
The jumpers can be ordered with various options, including cable length, pin plating, and polarization stripe inclusion.
The suffix “HT” indicates high temperature cable insulation, and the suffix “TL” indicates tin lead plating.
