General Specifications
The Aries 90-pin staked flex jumpers combine thin, flexible, solid Copper conductors with tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation. The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive.
The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, and the female and male crimp-on pins are spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510. The cable conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 gauge AWG.
Additional Features
The jumpers feature a high-temperature flame retardant cable insulation made of Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive. The operating temperature range is from -55°C to 105°C.
The jumpers are available with various polarization stripe options, and the cable length can be specified in inches or millimeters. The connectors are designed for use with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and accept leads with a diameter of 0.024-0.030 square.
Ordering Information
The jumpers are available in various configurations, including male, female, and both male and female ends. The standard suffix for the part number is “HT” for high-temperature cable insulation. Optional suffixes include “TL” for tin-lead plating, “002” for standard suffix without “HT”, and “AP” for polarization stripe included.
