The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) recall report details the potentially involved vehicles, population, and defect information.

The vehicles affected are the 2018-2021 Dodge Charger and 2018-2021 Chrysler 300, with a total of 284,982 units potentially involved.

Defect Information

A SABIC inflator rupture may result in compressed gas rapidly escaping from the inflator and material potentially being propelled into the vehicle, posing a safety risk.

Remedy

FCA will conduct a voluntary safety recall to replace both SABIC modules on all affected vehicles.

The recall is expected to begin on May 03, 2024, with notifications to dealers and owners.
