Before using the Sunbeam SCM1762 Cool Mist Humidifier, please read and save these important safety instructions.
Follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
Pre-Operating Instructions
Select a location for your humidifier on a firm, flat, level surface, about 4 inches away from the wall.
Do not place the humidifier on a finished floor or near furniture that can be damaged by too much moisture or water.
Operating Instructions
Fill the tank with cool, fresh tap water. Do not fill with warm water.
Plug the humidifier into a 120V electrical outlet.
Switch the knob to either the High or Low setting to adjust the output.
To turn the unit off, switch the knob to OFF (0).
