High frequency multi-layer chip inductors are designed for high performance wireless applications, featuring a monolithic body with low loss ceramic and high conductivity metal electrodes.
The inductors are suitable for various applications, including CELL PCS modules, Wireless LAN, Broadband components, RFID, and RF Transceivers.
The product range includes three EIA sizes: 0201 (0603), 0402 (1005), and 0603 (1608), with inductance values ranging from 0.6nH to 39nH and a temperature range of -55°C to +100°C.
The inductors feature a range of specifications, including SRF (Surface-to-Resistive Frequency) and Factor (Q) measured at 100MHz, as well as mechanical characteristics such as length, width, and thickness.
The inductors have a lead-free tin plated nickel barrier termination and tape and reel packaging, making them suitable for small size, high volume wireless applications.
Customers can order the inductors by specifying the device inductor size, type, value, tolerance, termination, and packaging option.
